   My site is going insanely slow as well and we’re on Dreamhost also.

   You could always use domain forwarding if you wanted a new domain.

   Plus, if you advertise (there is a plethora of free venues for bloggers) you can increase your traffic well over 2 per day in no time.

   I never realized how slowly Dreamhost worked until I tried to go into Wordpress and put a blog entry…which took 5 minutes to load. >_<;

   But like Laur said, you can try to go for domain forwarding.

   Well I guess you have to bring the visitors to your site, they cant find you because you need to advertise it somehow. I say just comment people, join a forum, or maybe link exchanges.

   Thanks for the advice, guys. My only concern with domain forwarding is the paid posts I’ve done - I don’t know if those companies would be okay with it, so I’ll have to look into that if I decide to switch names.

   I think I’ll be getting off of Dreamhost soon. They reel you in with that first year for cheap, but I can’t see paying full price to stay here. I’ve had too many issues with them.

   Hey,

   I guess with your traffic, there are lots of ways to increase it - e.g. comment on others’ websites, join exchanges, affiliates etc
