X-Files: I Want to Believe They Can Do Better Than This

We went to see the midnight showing of the new X-Files movie. I want to say I was disappointed, but honestly, I wasn’t expecting much seeing as they completely hosed the show during the last two years. I miss the X-Files. Old school X-Files. :(
I don’t really want to go in depth about it because I don’t want to ruin it for anybody. Then again, the writers did a good enough job of that.

    I actually never watched the x-file s on tv but the movie kinda intrigued me to see what it was all about..sad to hear it wasn’t as good..the writers strike and hollywood all-together are kinda depressive nowadays

    The X-Files was a great show in its heyday. If you want to check it out, I would highly recommend watching seasons 1-5 and the first movie. Even seasons 6 and 7 were alright. But anything after that, IMHO, is mediocre at best. Which pains me to say, because I was/am such a die-hard fan! :)
