Heart Health

About 4 years ago, my dad had to have angioplasty. We were lucky that his heart condition was discovered before he actually had a heart attack. I worry about him, and now I know I have a family history of heart disease. So heart health is an issue very close to me. If someone close to you has heat problems, you will want to learn how to recognize the symptoms of a heart attack. Even if you just want to learn more about heart health in general, HeartLibrary.com is a great resource.

Sorry about your dad. Atleast it was caught before he had a heart attack. Hopefully you will never have to go through it yourself. But I do agree that it is smart to know about it espicaly if it runs in your family.

I’m sorry about your dad. I hope he is recovering well. It’s sound advice to take care and find out more information about one’s health history. I know in my family we have a history of diabetes. But the more you know about your own health, the more prepared you are to take preventive measures, recognize it early and treat it.
