Spring Break is basically over. I’m procrastinating for a couple more minutes, and then I need to get to work on the three papers I have to turn in Monday.
We went to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art last Saturday for Zack’s art class, and then Santa Monica Pier. Other than that, this break has pretty much been spent sitting around at the house or at the park down the street. In retrospect, I really should have busted out my assignments at the beginning of the break, so I could enjoy myself more. I’ve basically been stressed about needing to get all this stuff done, but not really doing much about it. Not the best way to spend my week-long vacation.
But, we’re going to have a nice little break over this coming weekend, because there’s no school next Monday (the 31st). We have reservations at a hotel in Ventura (which is right on the beach!), and we’re going to spend Sunday and Monday night there. I’ve been looking forward to this trip since we planned it a few weeks back. I think it should make up for having a lame Spring Break.
